Mpo121 Terms and Conditions – Rights & Responsibilities of Every Malaysian Member

1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member") and mpo121 ("Platform", "we", "us"). This Agreement governs your use of the mpo121.vip website, the mpo121 mobile app, and all services provided under the mpo121 brand.

By accessing, registering, making a deposit, or using any service on the mpo121 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. This acceptance is final and legally binding.

Mpo121 reserves the right to modify, add to, or withdraw any part of this Agreement at any time. Notice of changes will be provided via the platform, and continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Member Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the mpo121 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration and while using the platform.
• Not a citizen or resident of any country that explicitly prohibits or restricts online gaming activity.
• Not currently on mpo121's self-exclusion list or any related responsible gaming programme.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Acting on your own behalf and not as a representative of any third party.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) mpo121 account. Creating multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or device information — is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. mpo121 conducts a strict identity verification (KYC) process. You may be asked to submit official identification documents such as a national ID, passport, or other relevant documents for verification purposes.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. mpo121 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials. Please notify the mpo121 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

4 Deposit & Payment Methods

Mpo121 accepts a range of deposit methods for the convenience of Malaysian members, including FPX, local bank transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, MAE, and other e-wallet methods listed on the platform. All deposits are processed instantly upon successful payment confirmation.

The account used for deposits must be registered under the same member's name. mpo121 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Should any deposit be received from an unknown or unverifiable source, mpo121 reserves the right to hold or return the funds while conducting a further investigation.

• Minimum deposit limit: RM20 per transaction.
• The maximum deposit limit depends on the selected payment method.
• All deposits are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
• Mpo121 does not charge any fees for deposit transactions.

5 Withdrawal of Winnings

Mpo121 members may request a withdrawal of winnings at any time, subject to the following conditions and the completion of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed within 3–15 minutes for supported payment methods.

• Minimum withdrawal limit: RM50 per request.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name.
• Your first withdrawal requires a completed KYC verification.
• Daily and monthly withdrawal limits depend on your VIP membership tier.
• Mpo121 reserves the right to request additional documents before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits.

6 Bonus & Promotions

Mpo121 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotions. Each bonus is subject to specific conditions stated in its respective promotion terms.

General wagering (turnover) requirements applicable to all mpo121 bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion terms before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Only bets placed on eligible games will count towards bonus wagering progress.
• One account, one device, and one IP address is eligible for one welcome bonus only.
• Mpo121 reserves the right to void bonuses if there are signs of abuse, hedge betting, or suspicious activity.

7 Game Rules

8 Member Conduct & Responsibilities

Mpo121 members are expected to conduct themselves in a courteous and responsible manner at all times while using the platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in your account being suspended or terminated:

• Using abusive, threatening, or insulting language towards support staff or other members.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Owning or attempting to use more than one account.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes (collusion).
• Conducting any money laundering activity through the mpo121 platform.
• Abusing the bonus or promotion system in a manner not intended.

Mpo121 works closely with relevant authorities and reserves the right to report any suspected activity to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the member concerned.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Mpo121 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons without prior notice:

• Violation of any section within these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

If an account is terminated due to a terms violation, mpo121 reserves the right to withhold the remaining balance. If closure occurs at the member's own request or for valid reasons, any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal once all reviews are complete.

10 Liability Limits

Mpo121 provides its gaming platform on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee that the platform will always be free from errors, interruptions, or technical issues. To the extent permitted by law, mpo121 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial loss or missed profits resulting from technical disruptions beyond our control.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the rest of the agreement, and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
